We all want a change from the ordinary and this dish is just what you wanted. Something light and crunchy that doesn't take long to make. Most Salmon looks so boring and dry to me. Too healthy and just not something I wanted on my plate. Meh! I got rescued in a hospital café when I had my first taste of Sesame Crusted Salmon. I fell in love with a piece of Salmon and I'm kind of picky! Who knew just 2 ingredients could make such a difference? I actually went back in line and placed a second order. True story.
I had to share my recipe and encourage even those folks that are cooking for one, to get in there and make it happen. It's the perfect dish for one. No fuss and barely any clean up. You can get this Salmon made for just under $2.50 and at these prices you can afford to treat yourself more often. Muah!
When you don't have time to play in the kitchen but you still need to cook, I suggest that you try this recipe. It's a keeper. I nuked rice and spinach, plated and relaxed. My kind of Sunday.
