Cyber Kitchen Makeover
Life has really changed since I decided to commit to a healthy lifestyle which includes a change in my Cyber Kitchen. I eliminated ingredients with added sugar and you know that list was way long. So to make it simple, clean eating is about eating whole foods, or "real" foods — those that are un- or minimally processed, refined, and handled, making them as close to their natural form as possible.
The quickest way to get in your protein, roughage and legumes daily is to make a salad. Since I'm such a salad lover, this was a real no brainer. In order to keep the line moving, prep your vegetables and fruit in advance.
