Well, I found about by which foods were irritating my system and causing me to retain fat and processed sugar was public enemy number one. Guess who cut processed sugar from her diet and saw the results? Finding a meal diet that works for your body and your life can be very difficult, but I did it. Yes, I can have my Fried Chicken and my Cheesecake, but it has to be prepared caveman style. You heard me right. Your Frugal Home Cook decided the Paleo Diet was the best way for me to eat healthy and stick with it. Yeah me!
Eating like a Caveman is quiet simple. Just think of those ingredients that would have been available from the earth, animals and fish. Now exclude Refined Sugar, Dairy, Cereal Grains, Soy, Processed Foods, Unhealthy Salts and Potatoes and Certain Legumes and your eating Paleo. The reason this way of eating working for me is because it excludes those foods that were bad for my system and eliminated all that inflammation that's causing me to retain belly fat. Still working on it but there is a great improvement over all. Since I already had eliminated Beef and Pork from my diet, the proteins that I consume are Fish, Chicken, Seafood, Turkey and Lamb, which give me plenty of menu options for a lifetime.
Eating this way requires LABEL READING until you get to know your products and brands. Wear flat shoes because shopping may take a while at first and you can consider grocery shopping as a part of your exercise for the day.
