Peeps, I'll still be blogging but the newer recipes are going to be a lot healthier.
This is April 1st and Day One of my 3 day fast on the AHA Diet. I did the 3 Day Diet before and lost 12 pounds. Yay for me. But then I let my cravings rule and I'm a lot "fluffier" than I want to be. I'm going to leave you the best link out there that tells you how the fast/diet works.
WebMD even reviewed it. So it's all good.

Multiple sites on this type of Fast/Diet state that can loose up to 40 pounds in 30 days and I'm going to try it. Look for healthier options from my future post.
Will I ever eat Fried Chicken again? Yep! Just not that often.
