The Reasons Why
Sounds so simple but it's such of big part of this lifestyle.
Ask yourself 2 questions:
1-WHY do you want to be healthy?
2-WHAT is going to keep you motivated?
Those are private questions with answers only you can define. The reasons are what keep you on the journey. Once you have a made up mind, everything you do should reflect being healthy.
My appearance and the way I felt were my biggest reasons. I hated large clothes. I hated feeling stuffed in everything and every place. I hated being the stereotypical big black girl with a cute face. I wanted the model body back and I wanted to proud of what I saw in the mirror. Speaking of mirrors. Get one. A full length one that you can move around. I need you to do what I did and start looking at yourself daily. Dressed up. Dressed down. Casual. After bathing. Look at the body you present and if you don't like it, change it.
It's a blessing to be healthy.
Even at 55 years of age, I can still be wild about taking care of myself and not throwing in the towel. In just a few months, I got my sexy back. I developed new relationships. I have a new career and new friends that love to workout. Change to a healthy lifestyle and see how wonderful being healthy can be.
So do sit down and as yourself about the REASONS why you want to be healthy and what's going to keep you motivated. These reasons will ignite you daily and someone else will be inspired.
