I’d like to take all the steps I see on T.V. cooking shows but my real world lifestyle won’t allow it. Sure I’d like to brine my meat 24 hours before cooking but who really does that on a daily basis? While researching or what’s better known as surfing the web, I ran across info on the use of Baking Soda as a brine. The experimental me was all on board when I continued to read that it was super quick, super effective and yes, yes, yes, super cheap. I tested this simple brine on Pork Tenderloin and it was like magic. In addition to the brine info, I’ll share my simple yet yummy version of Pork Scallopini with Lemon Garlic Sauce. Let us go forth and cook.
