I'm a bachelorette with an interest in Recipe Development and I love to entertain. Presentation is everything. I deplore food waste because its money down the drain and I believe good food is healthy food. Gelatin and Instant Pudding mixes are so inexpensive with such a variety of flavors and so many ways to use them both. Both have sugar free options which I think have more intense flavor. The sweet is in the flavor, so you really won't miss the sugar. There are recipes on the Jello-O and Instant Pudding boxes and you can improvise with fruits, yogurt, whipped toppings, juices, nuts and pie crust, etc. Let your imagination fly.
